Questions for two

40 questions for couples, from light to deep

Good questions are the easiest way to have a real conversation. Whether you have just met or have been together for years, there is always more to find out about each other. The trick is to start light and let the conversation get deeper on its own, instead of jumping straight into the big topics.

Here is how it works. Take turns picking a question, and both of you answer it. Ask follow-up questions when something sounds interesting, and skip any question that doesn’t feel right today. There is no need to get through the whole list. Sometimes one good question is enough for a whole evening.

The questions below come from two decks in Say It!. Date Night has relaxed, curious questions for a date or a cozy evening at home. Deep Talk has honest questions about life, love and what really matters. We sorted 40 of them into three parts, so you can start easy and go as deep as you both like.
